Education Qualification:
CIVIL ENGINEERING: – Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute having minimum 60% marks with upto 10 years post qualification experience in all aspects of design/project management, publishing and finalizing prequalification requirement as per norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, monitoring, execution of site activities, PHE, civil/structure works, etc.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING:– Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute having upto 10 years post qualification experience in design/execution of electrical works in large multistoried institutional buildings in the field of internal and external electrification works including HT/LT installation work, DG sets etc.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (HVAC):– Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute having upto 10 years post qualification experience in designing and execution of central HVAC works preferably for large hospitals.
